Fees

Sessions are 60 minutes or 90 minutes.

  • $220 per 60 minute session
  • $330 per 90 minute session

Fees are based on the recommended fee schedule (click here) published by the Psychologists’ Association of Alberta. There is no GST for psychological services.

We believe that mental health services should be accessible to everyone. As such, we offer sliding scale fee options. If fees are a concern or a barrier, please discuss this with your guide to develop a treatment plan that works within your budget.

We know our clients are busy people and we endeavour to start and end sessions on time, every time. To assist with this, we ask that you arrive five minutes before your session start time.

Payment

We accept payment via e-transfer and credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Visa Debit and Debit Mastercard). We do not do direct billing.

All clients are asked to have a form of payment on file in our secure client system (Jane) for billing ease and late cancellation fees. A receipt will be emailed to you after your session, which will include all information required for insurance processing/reimbursement.

    Cancellation Policy

    We know life happens and sometimes unexpected events get in the way of you making your appointments. If you need to change or cancel your session, we request 24 hours notice so that other clients may have the opportunity to book.

    When 24 hours notice is not possible, we charge accordingly to the fee schedule below:

    • $100 within 24 hours of the session
    • $220 or full session fee within 12 hours of the session

    Office Space Information

    We have a therapy dog at our office named Fluke. He is a Golden Retriever and very friendly. Please let us know if this is a concern for you (e.g., allergies).

    If you have kids, please do not bring them to your counselling sessions as our office does not have a kid friendly waiting area.
