About Jesse Fehr
Master of Counselling Student

My View of Therapy
I believe that therapy is a collaborative partnership where we work together to achieve clarity, build resilience, and reach your goals. My approach is grounded in empathy, openness, and authenticity. I see you as the expert in your own life, and I leverage my training and experience to help you create meaningful changes.
My primary goal is to foster a safe and supportive environment where you feel heard and understood. Together, we can navigate challenges, celebrate your progress, and empower you to move forward with hope and direction in both therapy and life.

A Personal Note
Outside of work, I enjoy staying active through hiking, biking, weightlifting, and walking along the scenic river pathways in the city. Over the past few years, I’ve cultivated my skills as an amateur chef and baker, always eager to experiment with new recipes. As a lifelong athlete, I’m passionate about sports and actively engage with the sporting community in Calgary by coaching youth sports.
Availability
I am currently accepting new clients on Mondays and Tuesdays, with availability during both daytime and evening hours.
